The Banks Turned Me Down. Do I Qualify for Your Financing?
If you have at least 30% equity remaining in your real estate assets after our loan is in place - you are almost guaranteed to qualify.
Our underwriting is "Asset Based". Unlike traditional lenders, we do not have minimum income qualifications. We focus on the value of the assets securing our loan.
What About Terms?
Our rates depend on the loan to value ratio, the loan purpose (construction loans are riskier) and the nature of the collateral. You can expect our rates to be 1.5% or more above the rates charged by traditional bank lenders. We offer both amortizing and interest only loans up to 10 years, but most loans are 5 years or less. Loan fees also depend on the type of loan but in most cases will not exceed 2 points.
